On November 13th, I was involved with STOIC, a student produced runway show and photo exhibit at Ryerson University.
Ryerson University’s School of Fashion has a strong reputation of presenting the new, next, and now. By showcasing the visions and talents of students in an innovative and creative display, STOIC explored an apathetic way of life expressing a philosophy in which individuals are indifferent towards pleasure and pain.
The runway show featured designs from Ryerson University’s fashion design students while Ryerson’s third year fashion communications students’ work was showcased in the photography exhibit. The event was an overall success and was featured in the Ryersonian, Folio Magazine and UforChange. To learn more about this event check out STOIC on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
